NY Times Sheet Pan Baked Feta with Broccolini, Tomatoes and Lemon

There are countless meals that can be thrown together on a sheet pan for a fast, home cooked dinner. On heavy rotation for our Sunday Pasta Dinners, this recipe is adapted from the NY Times and we love using orzo for the base. But, you can use rice, quinoa and farrow as well.
